We are looking for a strong personality to lead our 6-member kitchen brigade.
Entry according to agreement.

Your tasks
- daily menu planning and discussion
- menu calculation
- purchasing and orders
- supervision and control of the warehouse
- employee management with role model function
- production and mise en place
- lunch and dinner service
- compliance with hygiene regulations
Your profile
- you have completed a professional apprenticeship as a chef
- you have experience as a chef in the à la carte area
- your passion belongs to the kitchen
- would you like to bring in your professional experience in your own production?
- do you love to inspire guests with your cooking skills?
- are creative, precise and independent work among your strengths?
- are you looking for an exciting and varied challenge in a kitchen where everything is homemade?

Sous chef
We are looking for a sous chef (m/f) to strengthen our team. Start of work at the end of April for the summer season or preferably longer. An immediate entry until the end of the winter season in mid-March would also be possible.

- assistance and replacement of the head chef
- cleaning the station

Service specialist
For the reinforcement and support of our team we are looking for an open-minded person (m/f).
Do you enjoy interacting with guests and do you already have experience in à la carte service? Do you speak Swiss German or is your native language German? Are you able to cope with hectic working days without any problems?
In the Arvenbüel restaurant you will manage your own station. The well-being of our large clientele is close to your heart and you actively recommend our offer and advise our guests personally.

Temporary help in the service department
We are always in need of temporary help and are therefore looking for energetic support on call. Are you looking for a change in your daily routine? Have you already worked in à la carte service and would like to support our team on special occasions, weekends or sunny days? Various positions are possible as a part-time employee or on call for hourly assignments.
